• Our Kuripe, Tepi, and other handmade products are shipped worldwide using Pos Indonesia and DHL. Estimated delivery time is 5–9 days. Shipping costs depend on the destination and quantity. For example, shipping approximately 500 pieces to Europe costs around $185, while shipping 300 pieces is about $145. To the USA, 200 pieces cost approximately $90, 300 pieces $110, and 500 pieces $145. These are estimated prices and may vary depending on the location and specifics of the shipment. We ship globally and can provide shipping quotes for any destination.
• All items are securely packed using paper and bubble wrap, and shipments are insured.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or through Wise, which we recommend for its safety and speed. Payment via PayPal is also available, but a percentage will be added to cover fees. We offer a flexible approach to payment: either 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, or 100% upfront.
• All shipments are accompanied by the necessary documentation for customs clearance.
• For larger items, such as ceremonial staffs and altar boards, their size and weight may affect the shipping cost. Bulk cargo shipping can be arranged and discussed on a case-by-case basis.
• We guarantee the quality of our products. In case of discrepancies or damage, we are ready to replace or compensate for the item.
