We produce Kuripe from solid stone and from combined materials with resin addition. Each piece is handcrafted, going through all stages of processing without automated technology.
We use natural stones from Indonesia and other regions, including:
• Volcanic lava – a lightweight, porous, and soft material that requires special skills to process. Due to its structure, it breaks easily, requiring high precision.
• White stone – denser and more stable, suitable for classic models.
• Petrified wood – a unique material that combines the structure of wood with the strength of stone.
• Collectible minerals:
• Amethyst • Agate
• Jade (Jadeite, Nephrite)
• Jasper • Chalcedony
Creating Kuripe from stone is a complex and labor-intensive process that requires a significant amount of material and high precision. Working with stone takes longer than with wood, but the results fully justify the effort.
Kuripe from our studio is a guarantee of quality, unique craftsmanship, and items infused with the power of natural materials.
